A short (and slightly funny) message from PAVLLOVE® 💙

Well… clearly, PAVLLOVE® is starting to become visible enough that people are copying us down to the smallest detail. 😅

A fake site has recently taken much of our universe: our products, our visuals, our descriptions, our marketing… basically, they really liked our work. Perhaps even a bit too much.

We want to reassure you right away: PAVLLOVE® is doing great, our official shop is operating normally, and no security breach linked to our site has been identified to date. Your orders placed on pavllove.com remain managed as usual by our team.

The site to avoid is:

❌ pavllive.com

And our only official site remains:

✅ pavllove.com

So yes, with the photo we’re putting just above, you’d have to be pretty determined to fall for it 😄… but we’d rather warn you than let someone take advantage of the trust you place in PAVLLOVE®.

They copied PAVLLOVE®. We’re keeping the original. 😎

This fake site uses PAVLLOVE® references, visuals, descriptions, and even a layout very similar to ours.

We could almost take it as a compliment: when a brand starts to be recognized, it unfortunately also ends up attracting copycats.

But copying our universe is one thing. Trying to make web users believe they are ordering from PAVLLOVE® is another.

We have therefore already launched the necessary procedures with the platforms, the domain name registrar, and the relevant authorities.

And rest assured: this gives this site no access to your PAVLLOVE® account, your orders with us, or the information contained in our own shop. It is an external site that has copied publicly visible content.

Want to give us a helping paw? 🐾

You can help us very simply by reporting pavllive.com.

The more documented reports a problematic site receives, the more visible it becomes to the platforms and authorities in charge of investigating it.

You can notably report it:

To Shopify, as their form allows you to report a merchant for fraud, trademark infringement, or intellectual property violation.

To SignalConso, the official service of the DGCCRF, which allows you to report a fake sales site or suspected online scam.

To PHAROS, the official portal of the Ministry of the Interior, which notably includes an "Online Scam" category.

And if you see an ad, a link, or a post that leads to this fake site, you can also report it directly on the platform where it appears.

What to include in your report?

You can simply state:

The site pavllive.com uses a name extremely close to the PAVLLOVE® brand and reproduces numerous products, visuals, and descriptions from the official site pavllove.com. There is a risk of confusion for consumers. The brand's official site is pavllove.com.

No need to write a novel: the address of the fake site and the link to the real PAVLLOVE® are already enough to allow for verification.

And for your PAVLLOVE® orders?

Nothing changes. 💙

Just continue to verify that you are indeed on:

www.pavllove.com

This is where you find our products, our team, our customer service, and your orders.

At this stage, we have identified no compromise of our official shop or our customer data linked to this copy. The issue concerns an external site that reproduces our content.

So don't panic, there's no need to change your password just because of this event, and especially no need to delete your PAVLLOVE® account.

Finally...

We would have preferred to discover that someone had copied a cookie recipe rather than our entire shop. 😂

But we will take the positive side: if someone takes so much time to imitate PAVLLOVE®, it’s probably because our universe is starting to seriously matter.

Thanks to those who alerted us, thanks to those who will make a quick report, and especially thanks for continuing to bring the real PAVLLOVE® to life. 🐶🐱💙
